The theory of positivity is preached by:-
1) Management Gurus
2) Babas.
All of them say simple things underlining basci values of goodness of well being of body , mind & spirit.. Simple points to make life +ve..
1. Listen to positive thoughts by being around +ve ppl.. read good news..
2. Excerices daily at a fixed time without fail.. yoga is better than workout for mental & spiritual wellbeing & perhaps similar in value to gymming for body.
3, Think & try to think positive..dirve in confidence.
4. Listen to music.
5. Have a hobby u really like..or if u dont hv a stereotype hobby then engage..in social activities.. beyond work..
6. Dance …
7. Simplicity in thoughts..
8. Apply commonsense daily many times a day.
All that is enuf to be +ve..
There is much more to add but want to keep the thought simple.. & live simple..
