Yesterday was the BAD office day..customer complaints… and customer getting hyper after their weeklong merrymaking during the Christmas-New Year season.After completing usual wrok in a 1-10 Pm slot.. went home..worked from home for another 2 hrs.. Slept blissfully at 12.. only to be woekn from a US lady stating that a Sev 2 ticket has been raised for a btach job that has been failed..
I felt like saying so ..what?? Cant you understand its out sleep time..
Thought of how the goras still treat us..felt exploited…underpaid..& what not..
Thought of talking abt this to boss.. but eventually I realised that all this calling is agreed per contract & after all you have to do it.. it happens once in a while so lets rationalize .. & resolve comflict internally.. After all still IT guys are not as stressed as the guys in other industry.. We also enjoyed one week of less work.. socializing in the Christmas-new year season.. so a call in the night..once in a while is ok…even once ina week is ok… after all to be successful in corporate u have to follow..obey , grab what comes your way be happy about being over loaded..or rather may I say feel priviliged to have the honour of getting a call at 2 AM.. shows how busy you are ..Whatever…its Ok now rationalized ..compromised.. taken POSITIVELY… ALL IS WELL… now…
